The site and its games are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. Bright Impact LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss of Lumen balances due to technical issues — as Lumens have no monetary value, such loss carries no financial consequence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bright Impact LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed zero euros, as no financial transaction is possible on this platform.
